So let me explain: myself and a couple of friends are starting an initiative to develop a digital design agency. We all have skills that complement each other so there's opportunity to grow something. There's still a lot of learning to do and we're very much amateurs in the grand scheme of things, but you have to start somewhere and this is where we're starting.
At the current moment, whenever we work with a client, anything that's graphics-related is ultimately my responsibility, including web graphics or video graphics, and ensuring quality is met for every project we work on.
Our work may overlap sometimes and it may be the case I step in to help with video editing or vice-versa when someone else steps in to help with graphic design tasks. As long as there's a Lead Graphic Designer, quality can be maintained.
